By providing your details and placing a booking with ECC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings
To secure a booking with ECC, confirmation of the journey  is to be given to ECC at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time during business hours.  Should you choose not to notify ECC of any changes to the scheduled pick-up time you will be subject to charges outlined under these terms and conditions.

ECC reserves the right to cancel any booking request due to but not limited to insufficient personal information and will notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible.

Journey payments and charges
ECC accepts payment by cash, Eftpos, bank cheque, credit card and or cabcharge. We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Amex, Diners Club, Mastercard and Bankcard.

Upon booking, ECC will contact you for your credit card details. Should you wish to pay via other means such as cash or cabcharge on the day of service, no fees will be charged to your credit card. The journey payment will be charged to your credit card, after a booking request has been confirmed with you and you wish to pay by credit card, or the journey has been completed or cancelled as a no show*.

All journey payments that are not made in cash will incur a 10% service fee. In addition, GST applies to all card types excluding cabcharge charge cards. Other charges such as road tolls and parking fees will be included in the total journey charge if applicable.  After 10.00 pm a further 25% surcharge fee will be added to the journey charge prior to the addition of any applicable tolls, parking fees and GST.

Domestic and international airport transfers are charged on a fixed rate basis.  These charges include; a grace period*, waiting time, applicable parking fees, road tolls, GST and our service fee charge. Hourly rate journeys are charged at a minimum of 2.5 hours. An accurate charge quote can only be guaranteed by providing all mandatory journey details at the time of booking.

Ten dollars ($10) surcharge applies per baby seat.

All charges and rates are subject to change without notice, unless agreed arrangements are in place between the client and ECC.

Waiting time
A ten minute grace period waiting time is included in all journeys from the requested pick up location. Afterward, waiting time charges are incurred at a rate of one dollar ($1) per minute. To avoid waiting time charges, please give the chauffeur at least two (2) hours notice of any changes to the scheduled pick-up time.

For domestic airport arrivals, a thirty minute grace period waiting time is included from the time of landing displayed at airport monitors.

For international airport arrivals a fifty minute grace period waiting time is included from the time of landing displayed at airport monitors.

Extra stops during transit may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and no shows
During business hours: 5.00 am – 10.00 pm, cancellations less than six (6) hours before the scheduled pick-up time will result in a fee of sixty dollars ($60) to be added to the journey charge.

After business hours, cancellations of less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled pick-up time will result in the total amount of the journey being charged.

A no show will result in the total amount of the journey being charged including waiting time.



Personal details are used for the purpose of running our business and for no other purposes.  Smoking is not permitted in any ECC vehicle.

*No show: Involves the client not showing up for the scheduled pick up without due notice.
*Grace period: The time in which greetings are exchanged etc.
